Why we exist
Too often, supply cover means a name sent over at seven in the morning with no sense of whether that person suits the class. And too often, teachers are sent to schools they know nothing about, at rates nobody explained.
Hearts & Heads exists to do both halves of the job properly. That means consultants who work only in education and understand the difference between a Key Stage 2 class and a Year 11 exam group. It means every check done before anyone is put forward. And it means being straight with educators about the school, the class and the rate before they say yes.

We ask what work you want and we listen. If you want three days a week and no exam classes, that is what we look for, and we never push anyone into a booking.
A partner to schools
One named consultant who knows your school, your policies and the staff who have worked well there. When we cannot fill a role, we say so early.

Rates are shown on our adverts and agreed in writing before a booking starts, for schools and for educators.

A school needs cover quickly, but never at the cost of a check. Every educator completes all 8 checks before they are put forward, and we keep their file current for as long as they work with us.
